It is possible to experience the culinary excitement of the chocolocanda even without an overnight stay, here is our chocolate proposal.
Our Emotional Menus have been designed by Chef Silvio Bessone to enable you to enjoy our best dishes at an advantageous condition.
Each course will be served a glass of the best Piedmontese wines, chosen from the cellars of noble producers who are not emblazoned but have an extraordinary tradition, chosen for you by Mery Vinai bessone.
- Aperitif with small Fritto misto di verdure alla Piemontese sautéed in cocoa butter
- Appetizer Cocoa-scented Tavolozza
- Primo Tagliolini Tricolori with porcini mushrooms, kneaded with cocoa
- Second Battuta at Bessone in Bellavista
- Sweet Fondant Cupcake
- Tasting of three chocolates
- Coffee
- Drinks by the glass included: Roero Arneis DOC, Dolcetto d’Alba DOC, Barolo DOCG, Moscato d’Asti DOCG or similar
The following activities are offered in the package:
