Chocolate Museum Visit: Immerse yourself in the fascinating world of chocolate through a guided visual tour of our Chocolate Museum. Learn about the history, production and different varieties of this beloved food.
Selected Chocolate Tasting: During the media tour among the plantations and in our virtual laboratory, you are invited to taste some of our special chocolates, specially selected to showcase the richness and complexity of cocoa.
2. “Cocoa Contaminations” lunch.
We offer several dining options, all inspired by our love of cocoa and the products of the Monregalese land:
Option A – The Premium Experience (€38 per person)
– Hors d’oeuvre: Palette of Chocolates. Vegetable flan with fondue and toasted cocoa crispies
– Primo: Homemade tricolor noodles with a sprinkle of cocoa, served with a special Boscaiola or vegetable sauce
– Second: Capocollo Asado prepared with a cocoa bean crust and marinated in a cocoa beer sauce. With Seasonal Vegetables

– Sweet: A tasting of our famous desserts, including Gianduiotto la Testa di Moro and other cocoa delights.
– Drink: A glass of wine or a soft drink of your choice.

Water and Coffee
Option B – The Light Experience (Most Affordable Price)
– Appetizer: vegetable flan with fondue and toasted cocoa crispies
– First course: Lasagna with cocoa-scented pasta with meat sauce and béchamel sauce
– Sweet: Selection of cocoa pralines.
– Beverage: Water or wine on request.
Other menus available with different courses and prices to be agreed upon
For both options, the cocoa contamination is expertly balanced to enhance each dish without overpowering the other ingredients. Both experiences are designed for organized groups seeking to combine culture, wine tasting and gastronomy in a unique atmosphere.
Special menus for intolerant persons (Gluten, Lactose, Vegan, etc.) are possible only upon advance request. Some protocols may require an additional charge to be agreed upon
